Snow Goose Transit

was born from a Coalition workgroup of Camano Center, Stanwood-Camano Community Resource Center, & Lincoln Hill Retirement Community.  These entities along with SnoTrac created the North Snohomish County Transportation Committee.  From this committee, Snow Goose Transit was born.  Please go to their website by clicking on the picture to the left.

Healing Connections Center

was formed from a mental health initiative worked through the Health & Wellness workgroup.  They worked with the Providence Institute to perform a survey of the Stanwood-Camano community in 2020 to assess the wellbeing.  Mental Health was one of the biggest needs identified.  Thus, Healing Connections Center was created.  Please go to their website by clicking on the picture to the left.​​

Kindergarten Readiness

is a current workgroup actively creating programs/projects to help children and families prepare for kindergarten. This workgroup has received a sizable grant from an anonymous donor.  Projects include: Transitional Kindergarten, Early Learning Center, workshops for educators, Ready, Set, Go with the YMCA, Outdoor Preschool, and coming soon: Outdoor Classroom at Arrowhead Ranch.

New: Unhoused Resources​​

group is meeting monthly to compile resources for the unhoused in the Stanwood-Camano community.  In addition, an educational curriculum will be created for the commuity.

Food Delivery

New: Food Insecurity Seniors​​

group is meeting monthly to research the food insecurity need for seniors in the Stanwood-Camano Community. If the need exists, this group will work to compile resources and create additional ones as needed.
